as far as accommodations in Kata Beach, it is a great value. it's only a short walk to the beach and it has plenty of parking which parking is hard to find in Kata. 15 minute taxi ride to Patong Beach. very family friendly and not crowded like Patong Beach. definitely better for families.

We recommend paying the extra for the pool access room which was nice. The pool is massive though on the cooler side compared to other pools in Thailand. We were able to check in early, which was appreciated. There are many food options nearby and the buffet breakfast was fine.

The beautiful river pool is so enticing and entertaining. If it was on the beach it would be perfect. Still, it’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved our pool access room and it’s worth paying for.

Nice location close to the beach. Hotel was quite pricey and not really worth it, rooms were good. Window from the bathroom to the bedroom was a surprise- consider that when booking with friends.
