Great property, pleasant staff and highly recommended. Their payment terminals are very flaky (not their fault) and don't expect to be able to pay with Amex is you cant even though they say you can. But overall really good, great staff, clean modern rooms.

Absolutely love the hotel. I love the plantings and the pool and the way they took care of my room. I just feel like the location- It doesn’t belong there -when you step off the property stepping into a very unsafe street traffic wise. Hard to get to the beach if you’re walking and it’s like it belongs somewhere else in Thailand because it’s a very wonderful hotel.

Pros- buffet breakfast was nice, staff highly attentive, free shuttle service throughout the day. Ramp access options, elevators, kids club, multiple pools. Quiet property at night. Beds are nice. Bottles of water provided every day in the room. Con- rooms need a deep clean and maintenance done. AC temps have to be changed from reception, but far out of Patong but we didn't mind that (10min from the hustle and bustle of it all)

When we arrived to the hotel there was luggage everywhere, a guy in only his underwear at the bar and people laying/sleeping on the couches. When we got our hotel room the fridge didn’t work and there were so many tiny bugs all over the floor. We called the front desk asking for a different room. They said they would call us back but never did. We checked out the pool but while walking there there were half eaten slices of pizza on the ground. The only thing I did like was the hotel breakfast.

The staff were amazing, but i would not class this as a 5 star hotel unfortunately. the room had a damp smell & bed frame had small insects. housekeeping were amazing at keeping the room tidy & the staff were extremely helpful! the swimming pools at the hotel look very unkempt. it is in a good location as it is close to nightlife / restaurants & the beach

Catastrophique!
Catastrophique! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. À l'arrivée, une caution a été demandé ce qui n'était pas stipulée au moment de la réservation. La chambre était dans un état lamentable. Trace d'humidité sur les murs, champignons, de nombreuses fourmis, odeur de remontée d'égouts dans la salle de bain, odeur de renfermée. J'aurais dû lire les nombreux commentaires à ce sujet avant de réserver. Pour se rendre à la chambre, il faut attendre une navette à l'accueil car le trajet est long et est en pente. Ce qui est contraignant. Les piscines sont à l'ombre car de nombreux arbres les entourent. Mal entretenu. Aucun avantage.

This was my fourth or fifth time at this hotel. I love the location - in Patong but not IN Patong. Tuk tuks and taxis are close by to take you to the beach or shopping. They have an extensive breakfast buffet. Gym is small but has what you need. Would come back again for sure

The hotel was good but the room has multiple problems, when the first enter the light was’t working also the shower has a drain water problem and the door battery was’t working, we could not enter room until we call room service to solve the problem.
