"The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. The mini bar had some nice complimentary items. Unlike many places, the rooms were not serviced each day, nor was the water replaced. Our room had a door to an adjoining room, and we could hear everything that happened in the next room. The service we received was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay. "The staff at the property were so welcoming and kind when we arrived! The location is great, you are right in old Phuket. If I were to return I would request a room not facing the street - we were travelling with our 7 month baby and because it was the Sunday night market it was quite loud until late (understandably) with the windows/walls not preventing any noise. But if you are planning to be out late anyways then it wouldn’t be a problem!"

"We had a good stay here. We had a pool access room which was nice to go straight into the pool after a day of sight seeing. The only negative is it’s quite near the reception area and you can hear a lot so I would advise earplugs. I put them in the second night and slept much better. "This is a beautiful property, very central to most tourist attractions and not far from the airport. We've stayed in Phuket a lot and cannot recommend this property highly enough. Its beautifully designed and set out. The rooms are awesome especially if you have pool access. There is a great restaurant on site, very reasonably priced with a good variety of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and we loved our stay here."
