"Very good hotel"

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful, It was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel since the immediate neighborhood doesn’t have too many dining choices. (there’s a lot of great food in Siem Reap that’s a 15-20 walk or 5-10 min tuktuk ride away). We only tried the Khmer dishes and they were delicious, The pool area was a lovely place to spend time. There were always tuktuks outside to take you anywhere you wanted to go for a very reasonable price. All in all it was a great place to stay and a very good value . The coffee at breakfast definitely needs improvement."

"This was our last hotel in our 2 week Cambodia trip & it was a fantastic way to end. Everything from the hotel lobby to the huge bedroom, separate shower-room is beautiful. The bedding feels luxurious, my partner used the spa which was excellent & pool lovely. We also enjoyed the Apsara dinner & show at the sister hotel across the road The breakfast buffet was lovely with very good selection but they also offer a la carte which we also used. For our last day, having an evening flight, we decided to use the complimentary lunch voucher. Wow! This was a surprise - absolutely exquisitely presented & packed with flavour - especially the main course Thai red chicken curry. Ive had complimentary lunches on some other stays but nothing like this. Staff were lovely, very attentive. Its location is a blessing & in some ways a curse. Overall it's great, being central so within easy walking distance of restaurants, pub street, markets etc but it does mean that the pool & lobby are on a road so whilst swimming you hear the road noise. However I would still 100% recommend this hotel. "

"i had an amazing short stay at the j7 in siem reap. i wanted a nice place to stay and relax at in between my travels in cambodia and this property was def a 5 star in my opinion. i used most of the property: buffet in the morning was delicious. i had an amazing massage downstairs with aunty for 1 hour - very good price. my room had a tub and i def took a bath. i will always choose to stay at the j7 again when i'm back next year and will bring my parents"

"Great spot all-around. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. Onsite restaurant is good - recommend the breakfast. Didn’t get a change to enjoy the pool but it also looked well maintained. Close to several good restaurants and massage spas. "

"Absolutely faultless 99% of the time, I could see that on our last day the restaurant staff were hard pushed over the breakfast period as the service was not as good as the 3 mornings before. However everything else was superb. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future."

"My partner and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Lotus Blanc Resort. We spent our first anniversary here and the staff went above and beyond to help my partner plan the perfect day for us. All staff were always courteous, helpful and friendly. They have genuine smiles and really took their jobs seriously. You can also tell they have been very well trained in western hotel standards. Furthermore, the food in the restaurant was outstanding, morning, noon and night. Every single thing was delicious and cooked to perfection. It just blew us away. The hotel graciously upgraded our room the day we arrived which made our stay 10 times better. Thank you so much! We highly recommend dining at the Ox club, which is at their sister hotel location nearby. 5 star service and 5 star food. Seriously, go! The room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the water flows hot and fast. The grounds are stunning. It truly was such a pleasure staying here. Lastly, I would like to thank Kanika for going above and beyond to organize our special day, ordering flowers and helping with bookings. She even arranged a packed breakfast for us when she learned our flight was at 8am. She is a star! Thank you for the amazing stay. We will be back!"
