Simple adequate place, although lacking cleaning

Simple adequate place ok for a short overnight stay. Staff is nice. Not very clean nor cosy for sure but functional. Mould in the shower. Has all you need incl. kettle, TV and hairdryer. Bed mattress seemed new but I could feel the springs so I had to turn it around and it was better. Despite what they state on the website the cleaning is not daily and even when done is not great. They only changed the towels and emptied the bins. Breakfast is Italian style so just a hot drink with croissants. Nothing savoury. The location is good but only if you have a car.

Sehr guter Support per whatsapp zur Unterkunft, Sehr freundlich und sehr gut englisch sprechend. Gebäude aussen alt und Stil eines Sportlerwohnheims. Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer und Frühstückbereich nett, modern und ansprechend. Leider war wohl ein Raucher im Zimmer zuvor, trotz Rauchverbot im Haus. Im Minikühlschank kostenloses Wasser, Wasserkocher und Fohn mit flauschigen weissen Handtücher vorhanden. Parkmöglickeiten im Hotelgelände. Frühstück italienischer Standard. Zur Durchreise oder Städtereise sehr zu emfehlen

Le camere che si vedono in foto erano solo un miraggio, la camera era composta da due reti singole con due materassi separate da un comodino. Avevo prenotato una matrimoniale ma il personale non ha voluto dare nemmeno darmi della biancheria matrimoniale per unire i letti. La colazione che doveva essere self service é stata a richiesta e non all'altezza. Lo sconsiglio fortemente. Non sono mai stato così male.

De taler ikke engelsk. Da jeg ringede til dem før vores ophold, smed de røret på fordi at jeg ikke kunne italiensk. Efterfølgende tog de ik telefonen, hverken da jeg eller hotels.com ringede. Totalt uacceptabelt, eftersom at de kræver at man skal bekræfte sit ophold, senest 72 timer før ankomst. Så ikke et sted der kan anbefales for folk der ikke taler italiensk.
