"We absolutely loved our stay and were immensely grateful the lovely and very professional staff both accommodated and put up with us. Our room was beautiful. We had a fabulous view of the plaza below and stunning surroundings. The breakfast was fresh, healthy and delicious. The staff helped us many times as these were our first days ever in Italy. "Great location of the hotel, 5 min walk to piazza de ferrari and lots of shopping. We parked our car in a parking lot also 5 min away walking. The hotel is on the fifth floor with a check in on the 2nd floor. We used gps, and had no issues finding it, though the sign on the building has a different name for the hotel but once you come to the door you can see that you're in a right place. The room was spacious and clean and well air conditioned. Would stay again. "
"Parking was tough but property is not far up a side street connected to the port main road, so we could park at the aquarium public parking and it was very short walk.
Very glad we stayed at this hotel vs others in Genoa downtown once we had walked the city some. This property is in one of the better / cleaner / safer feeling zones. The police station is literally next door so you get to see them pass by on patrol regularly.
