The room was very comfortable and well appointed in terms of linens, a refrigerator/mini bar, plenty of electrical outlets, and a functional window. I wish there had been conditioner in the shower, along with shampoo and body wash, but other than that, our stay was excellent."

"The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was small; the towel holder was rusted. The air conditioner was so noisy we had to turn it off at night in order to sleep. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was nice. Like most hotels in Ortigia, the parking was about about a half mile away—long to drag suitcases!"

"Nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Great staff. WiFi is not good. I selected this hotel because it advertised high-speed internet which I needed for a business meeting. It was terrible- I could not open some necessary pages. I had Zoom with no camera to reduce bandwidth and the transmission was still “garbled” both ways. "
