Located on the beachfront of Picnic Bay, step off the deck and you are just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Picnic Bay beachfront with fantastic views overlooking the Picnic Bay Jetty. With no road to navigate you beach access this is the perfect location for your family holiday.

This two storey, 3 bedroom home offers two large outdoor entertaining areas, a huge covered deck off the master bedroom suite upstairs and the deck downstairs providing a second lounge & dining area and the plunge pool, all enjoying spectacular views across the bay to the twinkling lights of Townsville at night as well as the iconic granite boulders and hoop pines on the nearby Hawkings Point, a beautiful short scenic walk from the house.

The ground floor comprises spacious living and dining, all enjoying the views yet maintaining privacy with plantation shutters, porcelain tiles and elegant fixtures. The house is fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort. Upstairs, polished timber floors continue throughout the three generous bedrooms and the landing with inbuilt study.
