"The staff were extremely slow and never listened. Multiple occasions where I ordered something from room service or in the bar, and then had to chase staff 40 minutes later. "We had a lovely one night stay at Ferncliff, it was just lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a very well run ‘b&b’ type hotel but much more luxurious.
