"To say our stay was riddled with problems would be an understatement. The problems began before we arrived when we realised that from the nearest metro station we would have to climb either 14 flights of stairs or walk up a large hill - all with suitcases. While the ad mentions the “heights” of Old Lyon, there is no mention of the accessibility issues in reaching the apartment. When you finally reach the building, there are 3 more staircases through a dilapidated building to reach the flat....
