"The hotel was beautiful, our room was very modern and was updated. We really enjoyed the 2 nights that we stayed. The bus picks you up right outside to take you to Disneyland or you can walk. It was very convenient. Half a block down there’s a bakery that has amazing macaroons and other goods. The property and hotel room were very clean."

"Hotel itself was fine, had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. The area however was quite scary at night especially walking from the RER past the restaurant's. I genuinely felt very unsafe and actually grabbed my 5 year old and ran due to some unsavoury characters hanging around the alleyway between the restaurants and the hotel."

We called ahead of time asking if we could drop our luggage off early morning and head straight to park. No problem we were told. "Our stay here was good overall. The host Marco and his partner Dennis were very accommodating. They provided clean towels, hand wash and all the necessary kitchen appliances for convenience. Also my nephew was keen to try out the hotels crepe station while there, seen on a lot of the hotel reviews, but it wasn’t open once while there for 4 nights. It’s not a big issue as we found crepes in the park etc but if you are thinking of trying them out at the hotel you might want to ask staff but be warned they seem short staffed at this hotel. "

Last minute upgrade

"Upgraded from an off site to an on site hotel two days before travelling, still using the booked passes, have to say it was worth the money for four reasons: 1) The two boys faces when they realised they were going to the Cheyenne and not the Campanile was priceless, the Cheyenne has to have the best theming. 2) The magic hour, everyone got to do their favourite ride which took the pressure off the rest of the day. 3) Not having to negotiate our way onto the shared bus to the Campanile,being able to walk back to the hotel or take the Disney bus is a joy. 4) Free parking and EV charging. It all worked for me, the reduction in fast pass charges and the free charging took some of the sting out of the extra costs. One thing on parking, like the rest of Disney there is work going on which reduced the car park slightly, on leaving on the Sunday there was people parking on the grass verges and anywhere else they could. Only thing missing from the Campanile was the free breakfast."

"This is a very nice Disney hotel, I’ve used it before a long time ago but returned with two small children. Room was a really good size, cape cod restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner, food is excellent! Plenty of options for adults and small children. Staff are really friendly as we’ve found with all Disney properties. Location is perfect, short walk to the parks and the setting is really nice. There’s a nice little activity room for children. Toilets in the main areas could do with an upgrade, and getting from lakeside entrance up to reception and the main lifts is disjointed and awkward with a buggy! Only two negatives though, we would happily return. "
