"Our group had a pleasant experience staying at the property. The communication process was a bit wonky through Expedia and VRBO which caused a bit of anxiety and required me to reach out more than once for reassurance and check in instructions. The property was clean and quiet and met our needs for an overnight stop."

"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"Our family stayed here for Daytona 400 race. Thought it was whole house but ended up being upstairs I guess I would say apartment. But was very big perfectly spaced for families. It was clean and location is pretty much exactly the way it described. Beach access was under construction but other entrances was only about a block."
