An ideal terrain for children! The owner lives in the house next door. Interesting places to visit: The Franciscan monastery of La Verna (15km), Caprese Michelangelo (15km), the pretty towns of the Tiber Valley, the beaches of the Adriatic Sea (85km). Unpaved access.
