The indoor pool and hot tub was fantastic, my daughter could not get enough. Just was a little cold walking back to room from pool. The tile floors could be cleaned better. I went barefoot and my foot was a little dirty after walking to bed and bathroom. Nice staff very accommodating. Great location, very pretty hotel. Would go back.

We have stayed here many times now, and it’s always impeccable! Clean, quiet, family-friendly, and the staff is so kind and welcoming! The pools are always clean and beautiful, and so is the hot tub! Willow Brook is nice enough! The doors open outwards, which means you can hear all the cars coming and going and any conversation that your neighbors choose to have from their rooms down to the parking lot! The upgraded rooms looked great! And the breakfast is really good.

Room was very clean with all the amenities found in most hotels. Bathroom was very, very small and vanity area overcrowded with microwave/fridge. Bed was a little too soft, but clean!!! No brochures or hotel information in the room regarding pool area or food availability. Staff was friendly and efficient.
