With the national park, Dollywood, and other attractions just minutes away on the nearby parkway, this brand new cabin is the perfect fit for large groups of ALL ages! Plenty of parking for all!

These cabins are located in popular Pigeon Forge in Tennessee near the Great Smoky Mountains and right off of the parkway for easy transportation! The property, as mentioned above, is huge and offers endless amenities which are detailed just below. The town you will be in, Pigeon Forge, offers beautiful landscape and nature as well as fun and entertainment for all ages! This unique experience offers some of the best dining, both carnival and amusement park attractions, and luxury living in the countryside. With an indoor pool, arcade games, and massive decks and living spaces, you will hardly need to leave this amazing cabin getaway! We specifically asked in messenger if there was a pool table in the cabin and was told yes. Truth is there is not a pool table in the cabin. There is a foosball table which is completely different from a pool table. Also we were told there was a heated pool. When we first arrived and walked into the pool area, it felt like a sauna so we assumed it was because of the heated pool. The water in the pool was cold. I did message the owner during our stay and was told he could have someone come out the next day but it wouldn’t be heated for our stay so I declined. I wish I had known I had to request it be heated in advance. I assumed since it was listed as a heated pool that the water would be heated since we come to visit when the weather started to cool off. We also noticed a sewage pipe had burst on the outside of the house. We did message to report this and was told someone would come out but it was the same way the day we checked out. Also during our stay 2 days before we were scheduled to leave, we had two people come knocking on our door saying they were from housekeeping and we were supposed to gave checked out the day before. We told them no that we had two more days and didn’t see them again. Overall we did enjoy the cabin and there was plenty of space for everyone however we may stay somewhere else next visit.

The cabin was so close to everything. Perfect location. Very clean and beautiful. The only downfall is one four person hot tub for a house that can fit 16 people. Everything else was great!

Due to the inclement weather that demolished the interstate and we weren’t able to go. We requested a different date even until the next year but the host wouldn’t grant the request. All funds were lost. Such a disappointment!!!

Fantastic location, layout and owner communication. Needs a few details handled.
I spoke to the owner after an issue with the pool and he was immediately responsive and helpful. I suggested upgrading the kitchen amenities, as in enough silverware for 20 people if you say it sleeps 20 people, and supplying bath mats in the bathrooms. He seemed to be receptive. A few changes will make this property top-notch. Would stay here again.

A Great Place to stay
We had a great time at this cabin for our youth group retreat. It was very spacious and comfy. the coffee table was very wobbly and the kitchen needs a bigger skillet pan for cooking. The trash cans outside did get pretty full but we made it work. Also, the shower water pressure wasn’t the best. Other than that the place was perfect for us! They provided toilet paper and towels for our weekend stay. The movie room was awesome! They provided WiFi and Hulu for us to use. The rooms were very large and would be great for families for small children. They didnt have the pool table but it wasn’t the end of the world. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

The property was nice! Not quite as pristine as we had hoped (especially for the price). No pool table, no TV Roku remote, but we made do! Make note that the master bedroom is on the second level. But all in all very nice. The path to the house is quite winding and not accessible to the main drag on foot, which we had hoped since we were there for the car show weekend. Will look for a spot closer in on our next trip!

We were very disappointed in the support we received after arriving at the property. After reading reviews before booking, we had concerns about heated pool, and furniture being in bad shape. I emailed the host and he responded that everything had been corrected. So we booked and headed that way. When we arrived, and checked in trash was laying around (in window sills and bathrooms) and the pool was cold. We again contacted the host that the pool were still cold and he said he would come by and get it working. We never heard from them again and I don’t think they ever came by because we could never used the pool. This was the most expensive rental we have ever done at over $600 a night and the very worst.

NOT AT ALL MAINTAINED OR THOROUGHLY CLEANED! Broken rocking chair on porch, stool and coffee table unstable. Pots and pans are worn out and dirty! Not enough eating utensils for the # of people it can be rented for. Kitchen table sticky, floors need replacing in den. No shower mats. No “extra” or starter supplies! Unprofessionalism and no respect for the tenants. Did not keep their promises or contracted agreement. Pictures are deceiving. Never saw a pool or hot tube attendant. Bedding had small pills of fabric. Housekeeper states they only clean quilts if there‘s time. Porches have not been cleaned nor were the outdoor grills. Pool table ripped and broken, sticks had no tips, no chalk. Dryer broke and maintenance left us a pair of pliers to turn setting knob. This place needs to be shut down as there are carpenter bees everywhere. Spent first 3 days talking with property mgr about these issues. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere for a clean relaxing Mtn house to rent‼️
