The continental breakfast was the same menu both mornings and it was not very good. No fresh fruit option. Ran out of things a lot. Oatmeal was soupy. Felt very cheap quality breakfast.

During our stay, my elderly mother fell and needed stitches. The night clerk, went above and beyond helping me get my Mom to the car and making sure I had the right GPS directions to the nearest ER. The next morning, management and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were okay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

The location of this property was excellent. We liked that it had southern charm. Pools were already closed outside for the season as others around the area were not -so that was a bummer. Only one elevator working So we ended up taking the stairs many times. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the rocking chairs of property facing river.

the room was very clean and the breakfast was good. It was a week end getaway from the flooding in Asheville, it was so nice to take a shower in a clean bathroom. The place was very quite. You needed a step ladder for the bed though. I felt like i was always falling out of the bed. I have told my family about how good our stay was and I would stay there again. Best place I have stayed in a long while. The staff was very friendly.
