"A nice hotel situated by the river bank. Parking is ample but arrangement and instruction from the staff is confusing. The hotel is like a maze and difficult to navigate initially. Got insurance, the entrance from the car park is on ground level but the reception is one level down. Bedrooms are in a different wing and two levels above the reception. "The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience."

"I was amazed by this place - much better than expected. however, as it is a fairly new place, and it seems to be family run, it lacks a professional management. Service is very relaxed and perhaps not up to the standard the property represents itself.
