Welcome to our charming townhouse in Mil Palmeras, located on the stunning Orihuela coast. This bright and spacious accommodation is the perfect place for your vacation, offering amenities that will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

With capacity for 6 guests, our house has three cozy bedrooms, each decorated in Mediterranean style and equipped with high-quality bedding to ensure your comfort. The smart layout of the space allows each guest to enjoy their privacy, while providing common areas for group enjoyment.

The living room is a bright and relaxing space, decorated with modern furniture and coastal touches. Here you can relax after a day of exploring on the comfortable sofas or enjoy a movie on the flat screen. Sliding glass doors give access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the views and fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy in the dining room or outdoors on the private terrace with barbecue. Imagine dining under the stars while enjoying the sea breeze.

The jewel of the property is the communal pool, an oasis of relaxation where you can enjoy a refreshing dip or simply relax on one of the surrounding sun loungers. If you prefer the beach, you are just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Mil Palmeras.

The privileged location of our townhouse gives you the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area, as well as enjoy the lively nightlife and gastronomic delights that Orihuela Costa has to offer.

Very unhappy with the stay, we first arrived at 4pm when our check in was due. We followed all instructions for the check in and couldn’t get in there is no one to call you have to text a WhatsApp number and wait 20 minutes for a reply, after finally getting a reply they said we are trying to contact the owner but he has a busy schedule (we are surely apart of that schedule being guests at his apartment) and after waiting for a combined 50 minutes outside of the property (there was a storm on this day I might add) they replied with “we gave you the wrong code for the lock box”. When we got inside we noticed there was no bin in the apartment apart from a small on in the bathroom meaning we had to keep going outside of the villa complex to bin anything! The apartment was not as described, one big thing on the wall of the apartment there was drawing all over one of the walls that looked like a child had done, the pool area had tiles missing and exposed wire all of the way around the pool. Another thing was a leak in the kitchen and when we reported it they simply replied “thanks for letting us know”. The garden looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks as there was bird poo covering the floor, the final straw was the cleanliness of the shower I cannot even describe it! Overall communication was awful and not helpful at all, wouldn’t recommend.
