"Keep in mind this stay was in September - kids were back in school, and fewer people on summer vacation! Husband and I, and our big old senior pup arrived on Saturday and left on Tuesday. We were a bit thrown off by arriving at a double garage! But soon realized the suite is on the other side. And what a view is on the other side! The owners have taken great care to make the entire place feel like a park. Open grassy areas but also well placed trees for privacy and shade. Beautiful planters...

"The cabin was quiet and as described. There were a few minor glitches with a drain and tv but the resort was quick to get it resolved. Beautiful beach location and enjoyed the screened room for playing cards in the rain."

"We just spent the most incredible 3 nights at this beautiful cabin, and I'm still in awe at the amount of care and thought the owners put into our stay. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The cabin was nestled among the trees and backs out onto the water,surrounded by nature's beauty and tranquility. "Cabin 12 is perfect for large party ( we were 12 ) Lots of activities. Kayaking, canoeing and hiking. Pontoon boat available for rental and was amazing. Playground next door for kids. We would gladly book again. Staff fantastic!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host was a great communicator and replied promptly and answered all our questions. The cabin definitely had a vintage feel to it, but we spent most of our time out on the deck and in the water anyways. The floating deck and mat for the kids was the favourite part of our stay. The furniture inside could have been a little more updated and comfortable, but the beds were certainly comfortable. We would return for sure! "

"Overall it had everything you need and your 5 min from town and a fully stocked grocery store. It was clean, beds VERY comfortable, lots of room, games, fire wood stocked and large yard with shaded space. Note the private dock is across a fairly quiet street. Owners were quite responsive. "
