"We stayed a week at this beautiful gem and we could not have been pleased more. The entire staff was always kind and helpful. Areno always welcomed us when leaving or returning from explorations, as everyonedid as well. Our room was nicely appointed with everything we needed. The breakfast offered a large variety of warm, cold, local, sweet and hearty options. The concierge service was outstanding, he helped us with recommendations for restaurants and they never disappointed and always were exactly what we were looking for (I feel bad that I can't remember his name). When - not if - we return to Porto, this is our place! Thank you to the entire staff!"

"The side street this hotel was located on was a bit sketchy, but very close to the main road. Staff and the quality of the hotel was great- definitely geared toward an under 45 crowd. Rooftop pool was unavailable due to maintenance which was a bummer. There was a considerable amount of mold in the bathroom of my ‘box’- around the base of the shower and in behind the sink. The industrial aesthetic, dim lighting and absence of windows might lead one to overlook it. I would stay here again on a solo trip but the box might be tight for two people."

"The hotel is located in a nice location, which is walkable to major attractions. Everything about the hotel was great. The bed was super comfortable. The only potential issue is that the room air circulation is either not on or not the best. So when opening the door, it can become noisy due to street car or motorcycle. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Safe quiet big room great amenities. Hotel had a real gym with plenty of equipment which was great. Close to metro stop and link to airport and bus terminal. Really liked this hotel but was frustrated at first figuring out lighting system and a/con with its over developed technology system."
