"This was our fifth time staying at the cabin and as always it was perfect. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and cooked a full feast easily with the appliances and cookware found in the kitchen. We even woke up to snow a few times that week. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and the fireplace each day. Beds are comfy, rooms are cozy and location is ideal. With close proximity to Woodstock, Tannersville and West Kill we were able visit some of our favorite places in the mountains. We’ll be back....

"Very nice cottage that is well kept and clean. Easy 7 min to Phoenicia and 20 min to Belleayre. The manager is very attentive and responsive to messages and questions. Very nice heat for the winter. Good kitchen for a small family. Also had a nice time running the dog in the yard."

"Property owner was very responsive and easily accessible. Our power was out when we got there and we were provided updates as to when everything would be restored in a timely manner. House was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay around West Shokan."

"The cottage was a great place to stay with great easy access to downtown Woodstock, Kingston, and Rhineback. Lots of attention to detail by the owner. For example, there are plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes and tons of books and DVD's. "Ended up having to cut our stay short due to power outage due to a storm, but this is such a great spot. We hope to come back again in the future. Clean, cozy, super comfortable bed, and overall one of the best cottage rentals I've ever found. Highly recommend. Plus the care that the host as put in to minimize discomfort in the event of a power outage is really appreciated!"

"This house couldn’t be closer to town - literally steps from our favorite restaurant. Perfect for our family of three (plus our dog) but would also work well for two couples (with a loft area that could sleep a kid or two on the couch or an air mattress). Great communication with our host who was super responsive and accommodating. All the amenities we needed and the hot tub was a great bonus. We’d stay again in a heartbeat! "
