Colonial inn

3.0 star property

"Let's get this out of the way right now: this isn't the Marriott, Hyatt or Four Seasons. Walk up the front stairs and be greeted by two dogs who run the joint. Say hi to a few gentleman smoking cigars and having a beer. Walk inside, meet the owner who points you to the bar, says the first beer is on him, and welcomes you. Drop your stuff in your room. Walk to the bar, and see: stained glass lamps, a suit of armor, stuffed bears, a mounted elk, a mounted deer, plush couches, hotel guests...

Catskill Chalet: Serene Mountain Escape

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (11)
"We wanted to spend a few days skiing at Belleayre and the house is conveniently located just a few minutes drive away. The premises were very clean and provided all of the comfort we needed during our staying. The pantry was nicely stocked and the kitchen had plenty of appliances to cook a storm if we wanted to. Room for improvement consists of better beds/mattresses (I know it is subjective but the twin bed is really too soft and the single ones weren't any better) and more tableware....

"Birch Creek Mountain house is such an amazing place to stay. We had 6 ladies for a much needed girls weekend. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. We were all so comfortable as the house was clean, had plenty of space, Comfortable beds and sitting areas. We made a fire the first night inside and the second night outside by the creek. We played Amy Winehouse and Blondi on the cute little Victrola. We had our morning coffee outside on the back deck. Would say the only drawback was the road...

The Pond House ~ 5 Min to Belleayre ~ Outdoor Fun

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2)
"We loved our stay here! Our large family (babies and dogs included) spent a long weekend here, doing lots of cooking, hanging out and spending time outside. The house was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed spending time outside by the pond and playing around with the boat and the paddle board. Alexandra and her husband were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very gracious hosts. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other big parties!"
