"Great place to stay that is located near shopping and beaches. Clean, good amenities, loved having two bathrooms and was overall a great space for a couple of people to enjoy a getaway."

"Great place to stay , grocery store is less than a 10 minute walk . Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Beach is 25 minutes away . "

"My husband and I came to Punta Gorda for some medical procedures I needed. When we had to stay longer for medical reasons, Maggie was very helpful. We truly appreciate all the help we got so we didn’t have to move. This is a great place close to anywhere you want to go in Punta Gorda. The neighborhood is great! Thank you so much for making our stay stress free! "

"Super clean and cute! Spend a few days for a sisters get away, the sea kayaks were AWESOME to use, we were able to catch the sunrise and sunset and see dolphins playing. We loved the outdoor shower, beach cruisers and hammock! The location is PERFECT so close to everything in Matlacha, and the property owner and the Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, the towels were fluffy and linens were soft and clean, cant recommend enough!"

"Was comfortable… hot tub marvelous! Got to do everything we came for. Mid 70’s so we enjoy TV IN THE EVENING. TV was lousy."

"condo/rental not compltely finished. Dirty and moldy outdoor furniture which prevented enjoyment of the balcony. Trash bins filled to the top outside, electrical wires exposed all over the pool area, elevator malfunctioned and my 14 year old got stuck and firefighters had to assist. Refrigerator water and ice dispenser were broken, dyers only worked for 1 laundry session then it malfunctioned the whole time, barn doors in master bedroom not adequate width resulting in door coming off track and...

"I stayed for two weeks at the beginning of April while attending client meetings. It was perfect as a base, nice and clean, and quiet. The neighborhood was great to walk around in the evening. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped (hotplate, no stove) as I like to cook instead of going out to restaurants. Lots of grocery stores nearby. "While many homes in this neighborhood are still struggling to recover from hurricane Ian, this cozy litte place is primed for the tourist season! Recently updated with very pretty, Florida decor, and sitting right on the canal for easy access to the gulf, our time spent here was relaxing and pleasant indeed.
