Location was key but unfortunately our shower only had hot water and it was scalding. Called for service on night one to be fixed by day 2 while we explored the city, and it never got done. Front desk “sighed” when I called, so wasn’t expecting much. We took turns with hurried showers before the temp hit max. Also there was road drilling on the street that only happened at night. They gave us ear plugs. Good times!

We loved the location between Chinatown and little Italy. It was only a few blocks to SoHo shopping and the subway station. The staff was very nice and the room was small but perfect for me and my daughter. The lobby had a coffee and ice machine and there was a little fridge with soda and sparkling water for a couple bucks. Nothing Wow but it was a great stay. I will definitely book there again when we return to NYC

My partner and I had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms are very small, but this is to be expected in NYC. Very nice modern touches throughout the property and convenient lockers for your luggage can be used before/after check out. A couple things that could’ve been better: -our water glasses, for drinking, were not changed once over out 4 day/3 night stay. Definitely expected new glasses to be provided each day. -more towels are always a plus -better lighting in the sink area, as partner had difficulty applying makeup. -it was a bit confusing trying to make our way up to the rooftop as it was unmarked. Other than those minor changes, good hotel. The area is fantastic. Very walkable - especially to lots of good food/drink areas in SOHO & Chinatown. I would stay at the hotel again.
