The house is on 1/4 acre with pine trees in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Great for taking walks.
The primary bedroom has a large bathroom and access to a walk in closest. It also has a sliding glass door with access to a small deck. The third bedroom is an office/fold out twin.
The second bedroom is a comfy queen bed, small fridge, Smart TV and next to the second bathroom.
The third bedroom has a fold out twin bed, a desk, printer, chair with a back massager, TV hooked to Roku. This room also has a sliding glass door out to the furnished deck located in front of the house.
The living room couch pulls out and has storage with pillows ect… to make up for sleeping one to two. There is a gas fireplace, smart tv and sound bar.
The kitchen is great for entertaining. Lots of room, a large island and dining room table. Games are available in the hutch.
The laundry room has a front loader washer and dryer. This area leads out to a private fenced in area. Great if traveling with pets.
Out front is a Weber grill. In the summer we have returning hummingbirds to entertain you while relaxing on the deck. The green one’s name is Sparky. Perfect place for a getaway!
