"We had a wonderful stay. The house was just as described, a cozy cottage perfect for relaxing with beautiful riverfront views. "This is a unique property with expansive water views. Quiet neighborhood with wonderful and helpful caretakers. We spent 3 nights with our 5 month old puppy and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had dinner in 2 nights and went to Old Salty’s one night for crabcakes. Very good service and great food. Brought our boat and had a great time. "Very nice place. Plenty of room. Only problem we had was when we (4 adults and 4 kids) arrived at 9 pm there was only about 1/4 roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and none in the other bathroom. Thank goodness we knew someone local who could help us otherwise it would have been 40 minute drive to a store to buy some. Next time I’ll be sure to bring some."

"We stayed here for a wedding for our son. Our first interaction was with Ray, who is simply a delight to speak with. If you ever book this property, make sure to bring up baseball with Ray. "This home was perfect for our stay! The in law apartment was much bigger than it looked online. The open layout was great for gathering, but the bedrooms were separated well so we all had privacy at night. The owner was very responsive when I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password. I got a text back within minutes. Everything about the stay went very smoothly from reservation to check in. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area."
