"This hotel is in Pinto, which is about 30 minutes south of central Madrid. There are plenty of transportation options, but it is quite a ways away from the typical touristy things. The benefits are a safe comfortable, and clean hotel room. Friendly service and Good food in the mornings. The neighborhood is walkable, there is a park directly across the street, a market around the corner, lots of restaurants. Theres also a nice church and some artwork to explore. I enjoyed my stay"

"Perfect for a short quiet trip. The hotel is placed in a quiet area. There are some good restaurants at walking distance. Pinto is quiet and calm. SO if this is what you are looking for, go for it! Overall the staff was helpful, polite and courteous! The room was clean, the hotel has a bar and restaurant (I didn't try it, but it was always busy, so it must be good). Good breakfast choices. Overall I had a good stay there."

"This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, unfortunately a leak from the top floor impacted our stay as we came back from a day of touring and our bathroom was flooded. "The hotel was conveniently located near the Atocha train station in Madrid and was a small 10 minute walk away from El Retiro Park. The hotel staff was amazing and let us check in as early as at 8:00 AM following our international flight arrival since there were rooms available. The room was comfortable and with excellent amenities. Catching a train to Toledo for a day trip from the Atocha train station was only a 15 min walk away. "
