"After being let down last minute on a previous booking we found this hidden gem last minute. The cottage was very well equiped with everything you need, had super comfy beds and a cosy log burner to warm us up after a days walking. And of course the hot tub...bliss!! There was even a lovely thoughtful welcome pack. Would highly recommend and the area is stunning too"

"The property is clean and well maintained there are a significant amount of steps to get to it (I counted 62 in all) but the views at the top are worth it. One word of warning though, I found out to my dismay that there was no network coverage at the property so you can't access the email containing your key code to get in the property when you arrive so make a note of it beforehand. I didn't and had to walk back down all those steps to the main car park to get reception and access the email...

"Our family of 3 and our dog stayed at Lower Marsh Farm in July 2024. Would highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay: converted barn was perfect, had everything you would want, fabulous bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, secluded enclosed garden etc. Amenities on site were excellent and we used the tennis court and table tennis room several times (equipment all there for you to use). Owners/staff very helpful and welcoming but not intrusive. Lovely walks on site too."

"Property was well equipped and was ideally suited for exploring cornwall. Stunning views of the beach from the balcony bedroom and living room! The sound of the waves crashing was just magical. "

In The kitchen was well equipped for mass catering, and the views from the north facing were stunning and uninterrupted. . The house was spacious but unfortunately the sheets on both double beds were stained, which was not great as after a long journey, we were very tired and had to sleep on top of the beds for the first night until next day. Value for money from a returning customer

"Can't fault this place. Staff are so welcoming and helpful, rooms are nice, clean, with big comfy beds. Breakfast was included in the stay, making it extremely good value for money, and the breakfast is lovely. Nice little pub as well, if you fancy a drink. Free parking and right next to the Camel trail. I've been a few times now and will definitely return!"

"Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, good food. The hotel has a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant which was superb, breakfast was good too. Across the road from the hotel is a lovely quaint bar called The hole in the wall, i recommend this too, if you don't want a bustling pub full of kids, because this is a lovely pleasant drinking house."
