"The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "

"Property was very clean on arrival. Exactly as you see it on pictures. Pool was clean and ready to use. Our 5 year old really loved it. Very quite area very close to main road. Klemen is very professional and helpful host. You can tell he cares about his guests . Highly recommend."

"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road "

"The property was as described, we had a good stay as two families, there is quite a lot to do in the area. The roads near by could get congested, hopefully this will be less so when Croatia joins Schengen. The restaurant at the junction of the main road, within easy walking distance is great, defiantly recommended. "This is one of the few rental properties on our recent trip to Europe where we felt like the owners had gone to a great deal of effort to provide everything you need to be comfortable. The unit was well stocked so we could cook some meals and there was a decent washer on the premises. The grounds of the property were lovely and the views from the unit are wonderful. "It's a bit hard to find from the outside, but the host responded quickly to come help check-in. The inside is very clean and well-furnished. It is very comfortable with a furnished kitchen, etc. It is located near the main sights. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Piran!"

"Wir waren sehr sehr sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder. Alles hat perfekt gepasst. Nur das Wetter war heftig, jeden Tag 32 Grad und Sonne. Sowas kann man als Sauerländer nur schwer ertragen, aber dafür sind wir nicht rostig sondern braun nach Hause gefahren. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub und das super leckere Olivenöl! Leider neigt sich der Liter schon dem Ende entgegen. Allein deshalb sollten wir wiederkommen!"

"I love this place. I’ve stayed a few times and I’ll probably return. The staff, food and location are amazing!! There was however a persistent smell resembling backed up sewer. It wasn’t overwhelming but it was off putting. I walked onto a couple other floors and it was throughout the entire building. "

"Be careful where you park. Directions are not in English. I parked in a lot, received an 80 euros fine and still had to pay for the time spent in the lot. Had I known ot was restrictive parking there, I would not have parked there. Hauling luggage from the parking area is a chore"

"I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. I wanted to stay in Piran but choose this hotel initially for two reasons: (a) it was walking distance along a promenade to Piran and offered free parking; and (b) it would be staying in a slice of history as the form of the hotel (though not the renovated interiors) harked back to the more brutalist days of the Yugoslav Republic. Then I got there - the staff were unfailingly lovely; the room was big (after several days of tiny rooms); each room has an expansive sea view; the breakfast was out of this world; and it was a beautiful promenade in front of the hotel along the sea. It was really a singular experience and one of the reasons that Piran was a highlight of the trip. My mother (70 yo) felt very poorly on the last night of the trip and was quite ill during the night. As we didn't have to leave to go to the airport until 4pm, I requested a late-check out. Not only did they give my mother the room until 4pm, but they didn't accept extra payment for the additional time in the room. Honestly I can't recommend this hotel more highly!"

"Rooms are very brightly coloured, which I quite liked. Very clean Nice views over the salt flats and (a bit more distant) the sea, if you book a sea view room About 10 minutes out of Piran Great breakfast, they even had English tea and Earl Grey tea, the first hotel in a week to have those. Light, airy, spacious and colourful. Friendly and helpful staff - made eggs to order. "
