"Let's start with the staff, rude, not friendly and didn't like at all that I had find a better price at hotels.com and made my reservation through the app and not directly with the hotel. The hotel is old, outdated and inside the room we found that the door doesn't lock properly. They make you leave your key at the front desk without anyone monitoring it and anyone can grab your key from the counter and see the actual room number on the key tag and access the room. There is no elevator, and...

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and very basic. We liked the balcony. The hot tub did not seem fully hot and super clean so we skipped that. The continental breakfast was pleasant and there is a nice outdoor sitting area on the third floor next to the breakfast area."

"desastrosa la coordinación entre expedia y el hotel. Deberian de mejorar la comunicación. Llegué al hotel y no tenia habitación triple disponible, tuvieron la mejor disposicion para alojarnos, habían incluso intentado comunicarse con nosotros, sin que expedia les proporcionara esa información. Deberían preveer ese tipo de errores, que repito son responsabilidad de la plataforma EXPEDIA!!!!!!"
