A great place to stay in the very centre of Pisa. The property is super clean and very comfortable. Nice touches too like coffee pods, nice shower products, memory foam bed, good quality bedding and soft drinks provided for free. Very secure and safe. Great shower and air conditioning in the room too.

Lovely little place to stay in Pisa. Great location with just a 5-10 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was amazing and great to be included in the price. We were provided with everything we needed for a most comfortable stay. The host was easy to work with and very accommodating. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. This place was beautiful and we will stay there again next time we visit Firenze. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Photo shows much larger room than ours. Perhaps other rooms are larger. Very small bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but outside noise (lots of students at university) was terrible.

This was a very nice room in a good location. TV had You Tube, Netflix and much else. The rooms on the street side a little noisy at times but not a major problem. The early luggage drop off was most welcome as I could immediately procede to Pisa's main attractions.

There is no reception and no staff on site. This property has three rooms and a communal area with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff is available via phone/whatsapp. It is clean and the room looked exactly like the photo. The location is great and the hotel only a few minutes walk from the leaning tower. Italian breakfast is available from a nearby coffee place. All rooms are on the ground floor and facing a small street with cars parking in front of the property. Unfortunately, I was woken up at night by a group of passersby.
