The house is relatively remote but within easy 10mins drive to towns. A car is essential for a stay at this property. "This property was stunning. Our daughter said it is her cottage core style with flair brought to life. The suite was beautiful. The living room was made up to be a second bedroom and there were 2 full bathrooms. I have mobility issues but the room we were in was perfect for that. There was even a roll-in shower. "Hello, Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the host’s warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. They arranged another room for us for the next two nights, and when we returned to the original room, everything had been taken care of and felt fresh and comfortable. The host was incredibly considerate — always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, and even looking up the bus and train schedules for us as we waited on our last day. That small act of kindness left a big impression. It’s easy to see why this place has such a great reputation. We had been a bit tense after a not-so-great stay at a previous hotel, but the host and staff here really helped us feel at ease. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and wish them all the best in everything ahead. Take care!"

"Agriturismo San Rocco is a treasure. Once you find it, you will never want to leave. It is a quiet paradise. The hotel features a large pool surrounded by greenery and a grass lawn. Plenty room to stretch out, with your family or that special someone. After soaking up the sun and retiring to your room for a rest, find your way to the amazing restaurant. Amazing food, incredible chef and a great staff, too."

Mountain Retreat

"A comfortable house with all the amenities. Excellent hosts (Davide and his father) who are always available, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Locals prepared dinner two nights - excellent. Mid-stay cleaning was thorough. And the house cat provided warm welcomes every morning. The 30-minute drive from Pistoia is exciting. A very winding, curvy assent. At night, one needs to be very careful. There are few good restaurants nearby which means preparing evening meals at home or traveling the mountain at night to/from Pistoia. Weather limited our use of the expansive pool -- but the grounds are quite nice and well cared for. Had a great time. Highly recommend this rural location. "

Peaceful and gorgeous

"Villa Parri is a beautiful well-preserved villa with amazing architecture and lovely surroundings. So friendly and helpful at the front reception. Great suggestions and helped us with the best places to park and see. It is off the beaten path so, with the exception of the amazing restaurant onsite, you have to drive to go anywhere. Of course the trade off is a small piece of serenity and quiet in a stunning villa."
