"We stayed here in October for 3 nights. Check in was not very friendly at all. I had to ask about the parking as we had parked on the road and she said it was at another hotel when it says they have parking on site. I had to ask about breakfast, when and where it was and then we get to our room and there is no information about a wifi code. I called the receptionist and she said there isn't one, just look for the hotel's name as an option in the choices of networks. There was no restaurant open...

"The booking was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Really liked the convenience of prepaid parking; the car was in a secure and safe gated area. The front desk staff was both cordial and courteous. Especially Rafael, had has quite the witty sense of humour. Thanks to Expedia we found this hotel and I would highly recommend. It made our stay in Montecatini all that much more enjoyable. "

"Me and my family stayed here for the first time , October 2025 to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday, this place exceeded my expectations, the staff is very friendly but the property and amenities are beautiful , the apartment had 3 levels and had plenary of room for all of us to stay comfortable. The spa is luxurious and a must do .we will definitely stay here in the future ."
