The location is amazing the views of the loch rooms are very comfortable clean and comfortable beds easy parking near rooms however no air con for summer months , Restaurants high quality food however delivery was a bit slow due to be undermanned .well done steven for making us most welcome

The staff are the greatest asset. All friendly, helpful and smiling. The food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional. The room was huge - only negative was that it was a big too warm inside because the weather was sunny. No air con ( I don’t think). The grounds are gorgeous and views breathtaking. Extremely handy for Explorers Garden and Pitlochry theatre. Will definitely be back. Great facilities : gym, pool, hit tubs - lovely bar area too.

Phonab Castle setting is spectacular. The staff made us feel very welcome and were professional. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the breakfast was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Loved our superior woodland lodge upgrade,the friendliness of staff,an amazing facial and massage and the tasting menu in the beautiful sandeman dining room. Didn't enjoy our steak . Had to buy sides and steak was tough. All other food fantastic.

The setting is absolutely stunning and with a few tweaks here and there this would be a fabulous hotel. However, unfortunately there was clearly some sort of mould issue in the bathroom which is not very pleasant and not expected in a 5 star hotel. We also did not receive our evening turn down service and as a result had to go to the reception for new towels etc. We ate in the restaurant for lunch and the food was good, albeit more on the expensive side.
