Cozy getaway on Lake Bob Sandlin

Great place to relax and enjoy the lake. Gorgeous views. Nice fishing pier. Home sits just off the open water but still has the view of it. Large deck on lake side of the house that features an outdoor TV, large table, and patio furniture. There is about 2000 sq ft of decking around the house for outdoor fun. There are 3 hammocks in the yard to relax in. Build a fire down by the lake and enjoy the outdoors. The home has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed so you can sleep 8 comfortably. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker, and is open to the living room. There is a gas grill if you decide you want to grill up some dinner.
*Note: We do not provide shampoos or soap for bathing. We do not provide Keurig coffee pods. Wifi is not available. We have had no complaints of any cell phone providers not working here. Boat ramp is about a 10 min drive away. You can tie your boat off at the pier. PLEASE DO NOT TRESPASS ONTO THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY OR TRY TO USE HIS BOAT RAMP. IT IS NOT A PUBLIC BOAT RAMP!

The nearest boat ramp is located at FM 21 bridge. PLEASE DO NOT TRESPASS ON NEIGHBORS PROPERTY. PLEASE STAY INSIDE THE FENCE. NEIGHBOR HAS CAMERAS.
Please do not trespass onto the neighbors lots on either side of the house. PLEASE STAY INSIDE PIPE FENCE. WE DO NOT HAVE A BOAT RAMP.
