Rooms were clean, beds were comfy Parking was free and easy Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself was cold but the rooms were warm. Nice bar and restaurant and starbucks is in the hotel. Didnt see much of the area around. Stayed for one night, grabbed an uber to go to the steelers game. That was an easy process and less than 20 mins to get to the stadium

The elevator was out of order when we were checking out. We were on the fifth floor but the signs were only on the first floor. Not only did we need to walk down five floors with all our luggage but we were not told that it was not working and everyone was standing at the elevator waiting.
