I rented a room for two nights so that my dad and son could stay here while out of town for a funeral. I was informed by my son and father that the floors were sticking in the room, there was black hairs on the bed sheets. There was pubic hairs on the toilet and in the shower. The towels had brown stains on them. My son slept in his clothes and shoes on top of the bed sheets because he was so disgusted and didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. They requested to leave the next night. I requested a refund and was denied. I would not recommend anybody stay here.

I have stayed here before (several times) and the location is what I needed. This time the door lock to the room tested my patience. Standing at the door for 5 minted (the longest time) trying to unlock the door is not what I expected. Each time the management would reinstall the access, but it’s not the card, but the door lock mechanism that is defective… inserting / pulling out the door card key over a hundred times in 5 minutes does not endear me to this location. Each time I left - I wondered would I be able to get back in…

The washroom floor was dirty around the wall and tub. Had to use bathmat to wipe the floor and it became all black. Also the flush on the toilet was loose. The floor could have been swept or washed around the premeters. Otherwise we had a good sleep as the mattress was excellent.
