There is a nice front porch that offers partial city views. Lastly there is a washer/dryer in the building!
The Space:
The space if fully yours to relax and enjoy. We hope to provide a great experience for you, with a fully stocked kitchen as well as plenty of towels and linens. There is a smart TV so that you can enjoy all of your streaming services via the free wifi.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire first floor, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. As well as the outside front porch and the shared basement (with upstairs long term tenant)
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is unique in the fact it is very close to the City and Airport. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, fast food and bars and resturaunts only a quick drive away at Noble Manor (approx 1 mile).
Getting Around:
This property would work for both guests with or without vehicles as it is about 2 blocks from a central bus line.
Other Things to Note:
You will need to walk up steps to access the property.
Interaction with Guests:
I live just around the corner, so if you need anything at all either me or a member of my team can be there quickly.
