The staff were friendly, professional and quick to respond to requests. We really liked the hot breakfast and other breakfast options offered. They even offered use of a complimentary snow brush to those of us who were not prepared. Our only disappointment was the size of the beds this year. They have downsized from Queen to double, which was not as comfortable for us. Not the end of the world, but noteworthy.
