Beach Hotels & Resorts in Placida

"Very clean, updated property with excellent friendly staff. Unfortunately there were renovations taking place in other area causing a little noise & work crews on the property. Other than a little noiße occasionally & having the water off for a few hours in the middle of the day, with a full days notice, the renovations could have gone unnoticed. It was 3 mins from where I was traveling back and forth to, so very convenient. I would stay here again & will recommend it to friends & family when they come to visit."

"The property was beautiful, very quiet and serene. The pools were wonderful (heated with one a "Serenity" pool). Three restaurants plus a pool bar and Starbucks plus a takeout pizza place. It's not fancy, just relaxing. Our room was nice with a balcony to view the sunsets. One negative was the "Red Tide" so there were tons of dead fish on the beach although the resort did try to clean them up from in front of the resort. Also, vacationers should be made aware of the daily "holds" put on their credit card which can add up to a lot even though they are temporary. And there is a daily "resort fee" which adds to the expense."

"Beautiful room, plenty of toiletries and towels, nice coffee beds, nice breakfast in the morning in the lobby, friendly and efficient staff behind the counter and right across from the water. Couldn’t ask for anything better will be back again."
