Absolutely delightful new construction. This elevated home offers peaceful, wide views of The West Branch of Coral Creekwith a private dock. Watch the fish jump as you sip your morning coffee from the 2nd story lanai. The home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. Two master suites with en-suite baths. Relax by the heated pool and enjoy the fantastic warm sunshine. Ready for a round of golf? There is an executive golf course close by with views from the front of the home. Guests will have access to one of the 2 garages. 3 month minimum in season. April available for 1 month rental. Weekly rentals considered May thru December.

Great Family Getaway
This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 preteens. The pool area was spacious and the pool was not too deep for the smaller kids. The Publix grocery store could not have been more convenient and we were able to cook a variety of meals utilizing the generous kitchen as well as the outdoor gas grill. Multiple beaches within a short drive provided options for swimming,, shelling and snorkeling. The property was on a peaceful, quiet and beautiful lake to wake up to in the morning and visit just before retiring for the night. All in all, we had just the kind of getaway we wanted. The property managers at Tarpon Realty were wonderful and were helpful throughout the stay, even shipping some items inadvertently left behind after checkout. We could not have asked for a better experience.
