"The property is wonderfully located just next to the harbour and beach. The room had lovely views from the small balcony! Bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep! Staff was friendly and very helpful and breakfast in the morning was good with a lovely view across the harbour! Nice French feel! "

"Excellent hotel and facilities and would of been 5 star across the board except for one lazy member of staff at the reception. Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. Wanted to reserve a table for evening meal, however we went and spent elsewhere."

"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Beautiful villa with lovely surroundings

"Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. Would definitely return and recommend. Thank you, we had a wonderful week."
