Also it might be worth mentioning its quite uncomfortable walking into a quiet hotel with a big reception desk with 2 members of staff who just stare at you as you walk to the lift without even smiling. "Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "

"Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The hotel is on a side street off of a very attractive plaza called Place Victor Hugo. This is an older building and it shows to some degree, but was very clean and the breakfast room was particularly nicely decorated. Staff was accommodating and helpful. "BEDBUGS!!!! Hotel was very aware of this bedbug issue, yet guest are welcome. I stayed in Italy at BnB, which was fabulous, so this was our second try, now we know , never again! "Amazingly idyllic estate for a peaceful retreat from the city. The room was spacious and bright. Unlike most French hotels, this place has a screen on the window, which we appreciated very much.
