"This hotel is a practical ski hotel on the slopes. Generally, it is fine, it has a good spa and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was catastrophically bad. In addition to this we had a very surreal experience when there was veal on the menu and we were instead served turkey. Staff argued at length that it was veal. I have never had such an experience in my life before. The senior staff went to great lengths to make up for it but the food was really terrible every day....

"Comfortable hotel in a good location. The room was compact which was tricky as we had lots of skiwear but this was more than made up for by the hot tub, sauna, steam room and ski lockers with boot warmers! The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can park right outside (snow permitting) to unload before parking in one of the main car parks.
