"The front desk attendant that checked me in was wonderful. She took some of the pain away from my flight being cancelled and yet she had a crazy night ahead of her with the long line after me. It was a crazy night for anyone travelling in and out of Newark and representatives like her, make things so much better. I wish I had caught her name. "

"We had a room with queen and bunk bed. Clean, well lit room. Friendly staff. There was supposed to be hourly shuttle to airport and when we went out it was full so they paid for a cab for us. That was fine except cab was another 20 min wait. Would be helpful to have sign up sheet so this doesn’t happen to others. Made a tighter timeline at airport which is always stressful."

"Property had a nice view. Pool and bar were nice amenities. Beds were really comfy and rooms were clean and big. The area outside the hotel was pretty dirty. Breakfast was good. Parking for the hotel was pricey"
