You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Come to the Texas Renaissance Festival right around the corner

The cottage is 320 sq ft. It is a 1 bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, just bring food and drinks. It is fenced in for your child or pet and has a doggy door. There is a Pond and fountain with catch and release fishing. We have a fenced playground for kids and During May to Oct there is a 24' round pool. It sits on a scenic acre lot with a country setting. It can sleep 2 Adults and 2 Children maybe 1 baby. The bedroom has a Bunk Bed with full bed on bottom and twin on top. In the front room the couch and ottoman fit together to make 1 bed and extra bedding is provided. Big discounts on weekly rentals.

There is a Rental RV that we also rent and 2 people live on the property in the mobile home.
We have a neighbor that does projects and sometimes during day there may be noise from them and the price reflects that.
We live 5 min from the HBO Texas Renaissance fair, so some Fair participants live part and full time on our street. There are RVs and camping on other properties.
