"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub. Perfekt als Familienhaus geeignet. Geräumig und mit sehr guter Ausstattung! Man liegt sehr gut in den Betten, großer Garten und mit Blick auf die Berge. Wanderungen in der Umgebung gibt es auch genug. Am besten man nutzt Komoot. Eindeutig zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!"

"Wir haben ein Wochenende als gesamte Familie in Kates Haus verbracht und waren alle total begeistert mit wieviel Liebe dieses Haus eingerichtet ist und von Kate betreut wird. "The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"Das Haus ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Eine Toilette war defekt, die Spüle in der Küche nur einseitig nutzbar und das Bett mussten wir erstmal mit Panzertape reparieren. Es gibt KEINEN Kleiderschrank, also lebt man aus dem Koffer. Die Spinnweben an den Wänden und Decken haben wir erstmal entfernt, aber gegen den Modergeruch ließ sich nichts machen.
