"A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great. Poorest food we’ve ever had in H10 hotels or indeed in any other 4* hotels."

"The room was a good size with seperate sitting area and looked exactly as I expected from the pictures in website. TV incuded British channels and was huge. Lots of sets of stairs/ steps around the grounds which didn't all have bannisters or rails which made it difficult/ dangerous for clients with reduced mobility. "

"Staff at the hotel are great very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but I did find a couple of long hairs on the bed but other than that it was spotless. There is plenty to do at the hotel with entertainment and wellness centre and bike hire. Amenities in the room are quite good but you need to hire iron from the reception for 10€ deposit. Same with pool towels. The only let down is the area around the hotel. It looks like wasteland in places and smells of sewage but luckily you can't smell...
