"The room was very spacious and cosy, the air conditioning was great too, very much needed. The balcony was a great size too and attracted a lot of sunshine in the afternoons with a nice view. The photo makes the villas seem bright and sunny, but our apartment, built on a steep hillside and accessed from above by elevator, was cold and got no direct sun or view at all. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...
