"Lovely hotel and area. Stayed as a family of 4, the employees throughout the hotel were lovely. The food at the buffet was good quality. Kids loved both the main and splash pool. They had an awesome Halloween display throughout the foyer, restaurant and one down the corridor which was lovely."

"The hotel staff was really friendly and nice with us! The food was good, for the amount of tourist they were always keeping it as clean as possible, you do notice that the hotel has already few years and the facilities requires a bit more of love, but it is very nice for family with small kids! Also considering the time I would not recommend going in August as it shares the pool with the other hotel nearby Playa Linda and it can be challenging finding a sun bed!!! "

"Nice hotel, although little worn and not maybe fully 5 star worthy. It would have been great if the pools (or at least one) of the outdoor pools would be heated. But it was nice to have small indoor pool (spa area was not open for kids). Food was good and kids club and entertainment very nice! Right next to beach and boulevard. Nice shops and cafes nearby. "

"I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all. My partner and I wanted to see if we could arrange our wedding there and we were told the events manager will come and see us and never did at all. The rooms are dated and in need of updating. "We liked the freshness and cleanliness of the property. Need a kettle in the kitchen. Didn't like the box telling us we HAD to clean our kitchen in departure. We didn't like the pressure the reception staff were put under when checking in and out guests.
